Do you ship internationally?

Yes we sure do. We may be located in Hong Kong, but we can reach any part of the globe.
What method of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal for added convenience. Visa Mastercard American Express Union Pay Discover Card
I'm worried about the fit; how can you guarantee my selected item will fit me?

This is a great question! When you place an order let us know if you have any special requirements (longer arms, tall, short, big bust). We have a small reserve of sizes that address these concerns - while supplies last). All of our clothing considers fit for body shapes, so our cuts are different and we have stretch in certain items to ensure fit. Fit & Flow does it different.
Is this stuff custom made?

No. That would be much more expensive. Our factory makes all sizes as stock with a few variations (bigger bust mediums, longer arms, tall sizes, etc) just incase we have to switch out a size based on measurements
Is this stuff made in China? I had a bad order experience once.

Honey Child, I know what you mean. All items we design and sell and been approved by myself or my partner. We are still a small business and we can pay extra attention to detail. While our factory is in China, its completely made with western expectations. No one here is trying to make a quick buck off of you. It's legit.

You can email us directly at questions@fitflowdesigns.com or whatapp us. At this current time we don't have a call centre in North America or Europe that can answer calls all hours. For example, we are 12 hours ahead of New York, 8 hours ahead of the UK and 15 hours ahead from California. But we are always here to help. Message us and we will get back to you ASAP.
I find the dresses a little pricey. What makes this brand so special?

We are actually very reasonable in price. Consider it's our personal designs, and also designed based on shape and not a generic size. We only make small batches of these items, so when its gone, it's gone. Some of our fabric our custom ordered and exclusive which is an extra expence but worth it. Our clothes are made to last years, not months. Plus you support a minority owned business.
